Since the ancestral Phoenicians, retracing the footsteps of the Roman Empire and the first Byzantine monks, through the Golden Age of Arabian scholars, and up until the advent of an incredibly resilient Levantine people, our grapes have matured under thousands of suns and moons.
They have proudly guarded our heritage while progressively adapting to a quality-oriented and greener market.

From a grandfather who fell in love with his ancestral Lebanese city, Baalbeck, and its vineyards, which he acquired and cared for, to a father who harvested and pressed their grapes into a rustic wine branded with the city's old name, Heliopolis, the legacy was passed on to the son, Fady.
Fady made a bold choice:
To keep believing in his ancestors' land and carry on the family lineage while instilling innovation to achieve the sought-after growth.
